Most competitors make you call before they'll say a number. Here's ours. Pricing is based on how much space your stuff takes up in the trailer, and you approve a firm price on site before we lift anything.
Ranges below cover labor, loading, sweep up, hauling and dump fees. Heavy material like dirt, tile and concrete is priced by weight instead.
One item, curbside or inside
A small pile, about one pickup bed
About 3-4 pickup truck beds of space
A packed one-car garage or a full room
Whole-property volume in one haul
Pricing is based on how much space your stuff takes up in the trailer. Light and bulky costs about the same as small and dense, until it's dirt, concrete or tile.
Curbside is cheapest. Upstairs, backyard, tight stairwells and long carries add labor time, so we factor that into the quote before we start.
Certain items cost more to dispose of legally, mattresses, tires, appliances with refrigerant, TVs and e-waste all carry landfill or recycling fees.
Dirt, rock, concrete, tile and roofing are priced by weight instead of volume because the landfill charges us by the ton.
Most Las Vegas jobs land between $185 and $425. Single item pickups start at $95, and a full trailer load for an estate or whole-home clear out runs $495 to $695. You get a firm price on site before any work starts.
